The classification principle for the division of general practitioner training into themes is chosen for corresponding complaints and disorders, with practical management in addition.Theme:• Belongs to the most important parts of general practice medicine.• Belongs to the activities of the doctor of the future (Future Vision 2022) (eg due to social developments).• AIOs cannot simply develop (the integration of) knowledge and skills for the relevant care on the basis of daily routine: it requires the management of practice as a training practice (eg facilitating that the AIO can see specific patient groups there), targeted education and / or targeted testing.• Has its own set of professional activities and associated competencies.CBA:• Essential for GP practice.• Didactically a good example of the competences required within the theme.• Calls for the integrated application of multiple competences from different areas of competence.• Observable as concrete behavior and therefore assessable.• Can be entrusted to a resident when he / she has acquired sufficient competences to carry out the activity independently.
